South Korean President visits North Korea's second day in Beijing, meet with his counterpart Kim Jong on one-day visit.
North Korea allowed international observers to examine the complete closure of missiles program, while North Korea agreed to close its central nuclear complex in response to the positive measures of the United States.
On the occasion of this meeting, several agreements were signed between the two countries, and the heads also pressed a press conference in which several important announcements were made.
