Nandy Pur Case : Approved Pervez Ashraf and Babar Awan's bail - INFOPEDIA 360

The Nandipur Power Plant reference was held in Accountability court, which has passed the conviction of Raja Pervez Ashraf and Babar Awan.

During the hearing of the Nandipur Power Plant case in Islamabad, the former Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and Babar Awan were present in the court hearing. During the hearing, the conviction of both the accused was passed, while the order of submitting Rs 2 lakh to both has been given.

After the apprehension in the Accountability court, former prime minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf talked to the media that he was very surprised to tell his name in this case. He said that the head of the case against them did not come.

According to Raja Pervez Ashraf, the report regarding this case has been made by the Supreme Court, Kajaj Rahmat Hussain Jafri, adding that the report of Justice Rahmat Hussain Jafrii will be understood by the facts.

He further added that our lawyers will fight this case and will also take matters in the Supreme Court.
